Silvano founded ELCOMM over 20 years ago understanding the building and construction industry and recognizing that networks needed to be built into the core infrastructure to enable people to have incubus access to technology as they do to AC/DC power.
He had a vision to build an innovative company that would be nimble and flexible when dealing with clients specific needs; connecting the world and making technology work for our clients at the fair price. Silvano believes a company is only as good as it’s people therefore recruiting people who had the same passion and beliefs are paramount. The people make ELCOMM stand out from the rest. Enza Alexander

Enza recently became partner but is not new the business. Enza has lead technology teams in Canada, the US and internationally for over 20 years. Enza focuses on helping clients better understand how to accelerate their business goals.
Enza has held various senior leadership roles within the IT industry including Financial, Operations, Sales and Professional Services over the past two decades. Enza is a passionate technologist focused on assisting clients in better understanding the positive impact and possibilities that business technology solutions can deliver and how ELCOMM makes technology work. Enza strengthens our executive leadership team with her vast global experience in technology based solutions. In 2011, Enza was recognized as one of Canada’s leading Women in Technology by IT Canada and CDN Magazine. Most recently Enza held the position of EVP , COO at OnX Enterprise Solutions.
Maurizio Greco
Vice President of Service
Maurizio provides ELCOMM with his was knowledge of installation and support services and supply chain management. Maurizio has been influential to the success of ELCOMM for over the past 10 years. Mauzio’s high standards of excellence ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
Maurizio has held various roles including senior procurement specialist helping drive down the costs associated with infrastructure solutions. Maurizio’s knowledge of wireless network connectivity, data centre centric solutions, network, electrical cable design and installations truly make him a great leader in these fields.
